Job Description


  • Support digital marketing by analyzing, researching and attributing effectiveness of omnichannel campaigns
  • Scale omni-capabilities by analyzing marketing campaign attribution models on online customer behavior
  • Analyze digital marketing campaigns for effectiveness and develop data informed actions that lead to improvements in KPI's.
  • Develop and oversee digital A/B marketing test models. Measure, optimize and report outcomes of marketing tests
  • Use data mining techniques and analyze sale and program engagement trends to improve sales and other KPI's
  • Translate raw data and marketing results into easily to understand findings including preparation of executive summaries and ecommerce business reviews
  • Support omnichannel strategies that build scalable capabilities that will accelerate online growth for brick and click customers
  • Monitor and track key performance metrics to track progress against Omni Channel business plans to drive accountability and results
  • Stay updated of industry trends around retail digital analytics and provide subject matter expertise
  • Communicate data informed insights in easy to understand formats to a broad base of individuals and functional groups.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of experience and instruction

Required Knowledge:                                                 

  • Working knowledge of online marketing measurement tools such as Coremetrics, Omniture SiteCatalyst, and Google Analytics
  • Advanced PC skills and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
  • 2- 5 years of related experience in web analytics & e-commerce platforms
  • Strong digital experience across multiple platforms (i.e. e-commerce, mobile, Social Media)


  • Demonstrated understanding of e-commerce/direct marketing and relationship between website behavior and profitability
  • Demonstrated ability to work with MS Access and Excel to combine data from disparate sources (i.e. CRM and OMS systems) to deliver comprehensive, balanced and actionable analysis
  • Familiar with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies
  • Build strong working relationships with internal business partners who manage SEO, SEM, affiliate, e-mail, merchandising, e-commerce, social, mobile, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate testing
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work products
  • Creative problem solver that can identify sources of information from disparate sources and deliver comprehensive, balanced & actionable analysis
  • Strong analytical skills, with a high degree of proficiency in data retrieval/manipulation
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and to synthesize complex data and draw business insights
  • Ability to effectively communicate point of view to all levels of management, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work on projects with rapidly-evolving dynamics, and flexibility to readily adapt to changing business needs with a focus on generating results
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects within tight timelines
  • Proactively initiates changes to improve work processes and takes responsibility beyond scope of current position
