We are working with them to find a super start, Senior Front End Developer / Architect to join their team. Someone that can be hands on developing digital experiences as well as leading the development across the team.
Rapidly create prototypes and proof of concept work utilizing emerging and edge technologies, helping to assess idea and project feasibility and effort
Focus on building code using libraries like Angular, React, and Redux
Help to set code standards, libraries/frameworks in use, documentation, tools and process to improve quality of code and workflow
Work with other tech team members to create complete, multi-tier systems to support web sites, web applications, and other digital products
Coordinate with and provide development oversight (e.g., code reviews) of on- and off-site developers
Evaluate and interview potential developer candidates
Collaborate with the Creative (UX and Visual Design) and Strategy teams to effectively support creative marketing ideas
10+ years experience building dynamic web sites and applications
Hands-on experience with, but not necessarily a master of: Angular 1, React / Redux, Node JS, ES6, RequireJS, Git
3rd party personalization and testing services (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target, Evergage)
Experience configuring and maintaining build tools (Gulp / Grunt)
Prior experience working with enterprise, preferably Java-based, content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager or Bloomreach Experience (Hippo)
Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address performance and page speed optimization, resolving accessibility-related issues, etc.
Ability to assess the technical needs of a project and provide realistic/accurate estimates
Strong Responsive/Adaptive development skills supporting multiple devices
