We are looking for a VP Account Director/CRM Director to set and monitor marketing strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships with our Health care clients. You will lead and ensure the agency is delivering on necessary expectations. Manage the service expectations of the client. Build and maintains a solid client relationship. Partners with Creative, Strategy and Operations Leads to deliver work that is innovative, on strategy and within budget and timing parameters. To be successful in this position, you should have solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems and KPI metrics. You should also be able to identify new opportunities and proactively address customer concerns.
Manages the day to day Pharma clients
Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
Ensures successful development and completion of the client engagement
Maintains a superior relationship with all departments in the agency and understands the strategic goals of the account and contributes to their communication to the agency team
Ensures the agency is giving its highest quality, meets client objectives and also leads the category
Ensures sound strategic planning and accurate implementation
Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
Builds client business - Identifies short term and long term opportunities, business building as well as learning
Develops in collaboration with finance and department heads yearly SOW
Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
Identifies best and new practices, which drive efficiency and effectiveness of the agency to deliver against the clients objectives
Develops new initiatives through thorough understanding of the client’s content area
Aggressively pursues new ways to contribute to overall agency and client revenue and profitability
Works closely with project management for the successful execution of projects
Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
Coaches account team by providing regular feedback, development opportunities, and training as needed to enhance team’s skills and performance
10+ years of Agency experience
A Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration
Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing
Highly organized and creative problem solving skills, and detail oriented
Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal department relationships
Ability to interact with, and manage clients with decision making responsibility
Experience with budgets and finance savvy
Ability to translate business and marketing requirements into viable solutions
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred
