Job Description

Experiential agency client is a looking for a production designer with experience working with large scale graphics and collateral for various events. The ideal candidate has experience finalizing various graphics both print and digital for final production. The ideal candidate also knows how to work with various print vendors to ensure files are complete and ready for print. Familiar with the speed and knowledge of print process, able to take a template and run with it and file prep, versioning creative and pre-press.

5 month project starting early January 2019. 


Day to Day:

  • Work on a cross-functional creative team of designers (production designers, graphic designers, art directors and creative directors)

  • Edit or create graphic files for print or digital projects

  • Prepare files for print production

  • Collaborate and work independently on various post-production projects

  • Work after hours or on weekends depending on deadlines


Must Haves:

  • 5+ years experience in production design, production art or graphic design

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your production skills

  • Experience working with large scale graphics including environmental files, large scale banners, tradeshow graphics or other OOH media

  • Ability to work both cross-functionally and independently

  • Strong communication skills

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Expert in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime or weekends as needed



  • Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop (retouching)

  • Keyboard shortcuts in Illustrator and InDesign

  • They will work in Creative Cloud


Nice to Haves:

  • Agency experience
