Job Description

Vitamin T has partnered with an awesome client looking for an awesomely talented and ambitious Digital Producer to join the New York crew. This Digital Producer will be working with the world’s leading agencies and brands on innovative social, digital out-of-home, and banner campaigns, you will work within a highly collaborative environment with progressive working practices and handy tools that mean you can concentrate on the fun stuff. You will be managing creative development projects in the wild world of digital. We want someone who is willing to learn, be challenged and wants to work with great people to create amazing digital advertising campaigns. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own low to mid complexity projects with the support from a more senior producer
  • Collaborate and learn with our teams all over the world, operating on a very global scale and to keep the overseas communication open, fluid, and accessible. 
  • Assist your fellow producers to deliver their projects, as they will for you. 
  • Help our clients to define the vision of each project by clarifying requirements and complex ideas all the while adding your own ideas and vision for flavour. You’re the clients go-to person.
  • Writing estimates, solid time plans, and that sort of stuff
  • Keeping your projects on track and anticipate on risks, issues, and changes
  • Brief and collaborate with our team of digital wizards to develop and deliver everything from stunning ads, HTML5 games, and other digital goodies for international brands.​
  • Helping out with project planning 
  • ​Quality assurance duties on a wide range of projects. You’re meticulous in your hunt for typos, misplaced pixels, and anything less than perfect.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-3 years experience in digital creative production and/or marketing at an advertising agency, production house, or similar environment
  • As a producer you are engaged, positive, and can be firm when need be
  • Basic management skills of both clients, projects, and budgets
  • ​You function well in a busy environment
  • Knowledge and working experience of the technical requirements for display ads, DOOH and social content
  • ​Basic understanding of the different stages of creative production processes; from briefing to delivery, and everything in between
  • Willingness to learn and take your A-Z production oversight skills to the next level together with the senior team.
