Job Description

This agency has become renowned for creating and delivering bespoke digital platforms and systems that evolve and improve customer experience and engagement for their clients.  

Each day is different and one week you could be working across the development of a new piece of technology, the next delivering an engaging digital campaign and the following week running a high-end CRM program.

As a result of business growth, they are looking for a Senior AD to join their team and to work on one of their retainers’ account.

This is a crucial role in building and fostering trusted partnerships, and we're looking for someone that shows a load of initiative and entrepreneurial spirt, strategically minded and with a high degree of autonomy.  

We are after someone who is confident consulting around CX/Analytics/UX as well as having a strong level of comfort discussing data matrixes.

 

Key requirements

- Strong account management experience across digital projects

- Strong ability to grow around strategy, mapping customers journeys, understanding the client’s needs, brand segment, and business goals

- Strong budget management skill, project managing client requests, delivering on time and on budget

- High level of attention to detail

- Strong knowledge of DM/CRM campaigns, selling innovative CX solutions and creative ideas

- Strong ability to connect different projects and campaigns back to brand and strategy

- Proven team management and leadership skills.
