We are looking for a proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented Education Event Planner and Program Manager for priority regions across EMEA.
Working across various regions, you will plan, execute, and wrap-up of specific education events.
This role will be responsible for working with each sales lead to plan and execute priority events in each region.
You will also work closely with our partners to support their events and ensure they have the required assets, swag, branding, etc. to launch a successful event.
Full ownership of all planning and execution of sales events across priority regions, primarily focused on the UK including:
---- Invite list:
Geofencing all potential schools within a radius, gathering contacts (website, Salesforce, another list, and cross referencing with school’s/partners invite list),
working with the regional manager to identify leads to attend the event including researching and targeting new leads
Create event site, building out invite email content, setting up flow for confirmations, rejects, etc., creating salesforce campaigns for event tracking, etc.
Booking rooms, sending assets (banners, etc.) working with marketing to improve brand visibility, managing budget for food/swag per person, booking meetings for the Account Executive, etc. For day-of logistics, it’s managing attendee arrivals, checking people in, managing vendors, swag, etc.
Email campaign to event attendees, running reports in Salesforce
Ability and confidence to engage with customers at the event, with the potential to engage in sales/strategic conversations and/or lead training sessions

Support partners in hosting events and track their event performance, ensuring they meet the outlined requirements and provide feedback as necessary
