Job Description

My client are a brilliant hands on financial services company renowned for working on projects which put people at the heart of what they do. Currently going through a busy time of year, they are now on the lookout to bring in a Video Production Manager to work within their Creative team for the next 12 months.

Reporting into the Head of Multimedia and Production, you will be responsible for managing production processes from concept right through to final delivery. You will be working on a variety of projects alongside a dedicated marketing team who bring fantastic brand ideas to life as well.

On a day to day basis, you’ll be working on managing, producing and directing various different projects from events, presentations, conferences, live video, webinars, conferences and branding videos so you should be well versed to dealing with various different projects at once.

Although the focus of this role is going to largely be process management, you should be prepared to be a hands-on individual. Ideally, you should be comfortable editing in Premiere Pro, have good knowledge of After Effects and an understanding of Microsoft Office too.

Furthermore, you should be a fantastic Ambassador for video and be someone who can bring great ideas/ways of working to the table. Experience working with and managing stakeholders is a massive bonus as well because you will be liaising with a variety of different contacts, so it is important you are personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable.

All in all, if you are a dedicated Video Production Manager who has a strong understanding of a corporate environment with an agency mind-set and how to work effectively with people, then this could be the role for you!

Must haves

  • Strong experience in video production and webcasting (ideally direct webinar experience)
  • Good experience using Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Extensive experience working in a collaborative team
  • A good understanding of corporate environments
