Vitamin T has partnered with a global company specializing in the clinical and biotech industries. They are looking for a Sr. Manager, Marketing and Digital Strategy, to be responsible for building and executing the marketing strategies. In the continuous development of the digital world this leader must take a proactive approach to transformation in order to effectively capitalize using targeted promotion, digital and social techniques to optimize customer engagement. This individual will work in close collaboration with the commercial and business teams to develop and implement new marketing approaches, and techniques to improve global marketing campaign effectiveness to generate repeatable, predictable and sustainable results. This role is responsible for evaluating and implementing Marketing Technologies that will further enhance the customer journey. You will have revenue, budget, customer engagement and lead-generating metrics and accountabilities. The ideal candidate will be customer obsessed; be a strong leader; brand savvy, a driver of marketing innovation and data driven.
Build strong marketing team through coaching, best practices and skill enhancement
Budgetary control of all marketing and e-commerce efforts
Build digital roadmap and Marketing Technologies to optimize customer engagement
Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver and execute marketing strategies including digital programs that support short and long-term company objectives
Develop a customer focused content strategy that positions the company as a credible partner in targeted end-markets
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs)
Work collaboratively with the product managers, to set up demand generation, lead generation, and nurturing strategies and plans across key customer touch points including digital platforms
Execute inbound marketing strategies to build brand awareness, educate customers and to generate qualified leads utilizing relevant digital content.
Establish and implement guidelines, leveraging best practices, for marketing automation, SEO/SEM, email marketing, lead scoring, landing pages, re-targeting, and web forms
Execute targeted e-mail marketing campaigns (via tools such as Salesfusion) including outreach list management, content development, audience nurturing, re-engagement campaigns while tracking key metrics in order to optimize campaigns.
Generate reports and track key metrics on initiative performance, including Google Analytics, paid search, SEO, SEM, etc.
Oversee maintenance of the website (a WordPress-built CMS), update as needed, confirm that content is accurate, maintain a fresh and compelling narrative mindfully following SEO practices.
Manage social media presence and online advertising campaigns (via Google AdWords, social media advertising such as LinkedIn and industry publications) to build the external brand with potential customers, clients and thought leaders
5+ years of professional experience in a similar role
Minimum of 3 years of digital and multi-channel marketing experience including strategy development
Proven track record of developing and managing high performing marketing teams
Demonstrated ability to deliver digital driven marketing campaigns from strategy to execution
Fluent in using Google analytics, and other analytic tools for decision making and optimization of digital campaigns
Strong digital design, content marketing, copywriting and communication skills required
Strong project management skills
Experience with website software applications for advanced, and digital marketing software tools:
Depth of knowledge with inbound/outbound marketing principles
