A well-known OC-based company is looking for an experienced Instructinal Designer to help with the design and development of sales training and e-learning content. for both mobile/web experiences. This person must be experienced in working with Sales teams and understanding sales methology. Main responsibility will be to launch a new-hire management system and onboarding program to be rolled out to Global Sales teams. Ideal candidate is passionate about e-learning with a strong track record of building effective and scalable learning programs for a sales function.
MUST HAVE: Experience designing SALES onboarding, sales training and/or sales leadership training programs and you are ready to make a difference in a global organization.
This is a 40 hour a week role, ideally onsite in Costa Mesa, but would be open to remote for the right person
Develop learning solutions that engage Sales teams
Design end to end New Hire training, Sales Process Training and Leadership Development Training
Create supporting resources including launch communications, videos, case studies, tip sheets, assessments, etc.
Must have portfolio to showcase digital expriences created for previous sales teams
5-10 years in Instructional content and design development, creating learning solutions and onboarding processes
Background in digital trainings to engage sales (virtual training, video demos, etc.)
Experience working in a Learning Management System (LMS)
Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Final Cut pro, and Adobe Captivate
Well equipped to work with distributed teams both onsite and remote
PLUS: Experience working for global company with global sales teams OR experience working in a large Tech company!
