We have an exciting opportunity for a Front End Developer who can utilize HTML, CSS and Angular to develop effective user interfaces. The successful candidate will work closely with the web development team to update the website and internal web tools to make them more efficient. They will also work closely with the UX design team to create innovative solutions to web design issues to help make the website more visually appealing and enhance usability. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity.
Implement responsible web design principles to ensure that the website renders well across multiple screen sizes
Work with both the web development team and UX team on new feature work.
Make sure styling stays consistent across the website with defined style standards
Work between UX and Dev teams to standardize web UI by translating patterns into components
Review app and feature coding and plan future website upgrades with the development and UX teams
Optimize website to ensure fast loading speeds
Meet tight deadlines as required
Requirements and Qualifications
5+ years in a front end development role
Proficiency with Angular, HTML, CSS and material design
Knowledge of graphing frameworks (i.e. plotly.js)
Knowledge of C# and how API’s work is a plus
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, and other relevant staff members or clients
Ability to interpret and implement web designs
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Flexibility to adapt to changing instructions and requirements
