Our client is looking for a Marketing Communications Director.
This person works closely with our worldwide and area marketing and sales organization to drive and lead the interworking’s of our communication and messaging to our salesforce and consumers. This position provides clear strategy on
marketing communication campaigns through face-to-face, print, videos and online
marketing channels in the company.
The role will also assist in the successful delivery of
brand propositions and represent products, features, and benefits to salesforce and
consumers. They will implement campaign plans in line with our overall global marketing
strategy that will support the topline growth of the business.
Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a
comprehensive marketing communications program that will enhance the company
image and position in the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal
and external communications with our salesforce and consumer.
Work closely with various key stakeholders the company to develop, activate and
react on content in the area and local market to drive sales, recruiting, engagement,
retention, leads and to achieve a positive salesforce and consumer experience
Provide support and guidance to the area and unit marketing, communications staff
and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions (digital
online, merchandising, traditional offline) of the company.
Ensure articulation of the company’s desired image and position, assure consistent
communication of image and position throughout the company, and assure
communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and
Provide guidance to the area on the design content, production and distribution of
Partner with our public relations function to coordinate media interest in the
company and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to

Leads global projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events
Responsible for the achievement of marketing communications mission, goals and
financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these
goals and objectives and report progress to the EVP & Chief Strategy and Marketing
Develop the annual budget for the marketing communications program and its
activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth
operation of the marketing communications function.
Keep informed of developments in the fields of marketing, communications and
salesforce and consumer groups

Education and Experience
Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of
marketing, communications activities
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and influential skills
Experience in direct selling marketing communication or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in communication, business or similar educational attainment or
Master’s degree is a plus
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing communications with demonstrated
success, preferably in a global organization
Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
Travel is required from time to time
