Job Description

This position reports directly to the Global VP of Marketing and is responsible for Digital engagement with our customers and consumer driving advocacy to our products and brands.  The role will require a highly motivated creative individual with experience and a passion for building relationship with current and future customers. An essential function is to communicate the company’s brand(s) in a positive authentic way and attract today’s modern, hyper connected buyers. The ultimate goal to build a fan base for our products and brands and converting fans into customers.


Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Build a strategic vision for the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high quality content
  • Create a regular publishing schedule
  • Leverage the proper martech tools to manage and track the published content
  • Implement a content calendar to manage the content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
  • Promote content via social advertising and the company websites
  • Stay up-to-date on the evolving online world and adjust content, strategy and budgets to maximize the companies return on investment
  • Implement a social media marketing plan to include:
    • Why by here brand strategy
    • Identification of target customers and consumer groups
    • Set Clear Objectives
      • Web traffic goals
      • Brand Awareness improvements
      • Brand and product advocacy – positive reviews
      • Increased revenue
    • Work with Graphics team to develop consistent and impactful visual content across all touch points
    • Create content that emphasizes commercial insights that lead customers back to our unique differentiator.
    • Promotional strategy
    • Engagement strategy including listening, responding, asking questions and engaging our audience
    • Develop Online Advocacy and provide cross promotion opportunities
    • Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts
    • Oversee the design of our social media look and feel
    • Design, create and manage social media campaigns
    • Build online reviews and reputation and respond to reviews
    • Measuring and Improving ROI and reporting to the business.


Qualifications and/or Skills Required

  • 3-5 years in a relevant position
  • Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media
  • Strategic understanding of the social media platforms and how to use them to drive revenue growth
  • Ability to develop a social media strategy, present it to the business and gain buy-in
  • Understanding and continued education on SEO strategies
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
  • Displays in depth knowledge and understanding of the social media platforms and their respective communities (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc) and how each can be deployed as a business enhancement tool
  • Ability to identify blogging  comunities releveant to the companies markets
  • Must possess a high level of self motivation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency and a focus on meeting company goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Compitent at ROI calculations
  • Creativity is essential to this position
  • Comfort level with doing presentations in front of an audience
