The Creative Director will lead the creative department bringing a drive for ideation and continuously flex their creative business acumen. The Creative Director will engage in mentoring and developing the team members and ensuring that the creative output aligns to the agency and expertise areas
Defines the mission of vision of creative concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance client and agency brand strategy
Shapes the direction of the creative agency work, growth of the business (new business and organic growth) and maintains strong internal relationships with senior leads.
Provides leadership/motivation and conveys the vision and values of the agency to staff.
Driving the creative threads in partnership through agency integrated digital and social, content strategy teams
Builds strong relationships with multi-levels of marketing clients.
Assists clients with deepening their knowledge of interactive marketing
Facilitates creative consultations with account teams to assure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy of input, schedules, budgets, production support, reviews, and client presentations.
Execute solid project management skills to oversee the execution of all creative efforts to ensure alignment of the strategy, maintaining budget, and meeting strict deadlines
Develop budget/utilization management and resourcing skills
Oversee resource allocation across team including staffing, hiring, and onboarding new talent
Manage career development and performance of direct reports, managing up to senior staff on crisis issues, and client/team satisfaction while holding the team accountable to demonstrating agency values

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations, English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or applicable field is required or the equivalent combination of education and experience
7-10 years of creative team project management experience
1-2 years people management experience
Proficiency with WordPress and Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel) is required
Proven success to manage large teams and/or multiple accounts
Solid organizational and project management skills.
Self-motivated and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines in order to manage creative capacity.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Client and business environment: Customer service orientation is a must. Job pressure may exist from requirement of handling multiple tasks.
Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week on occasion
Experience working globally or with colleagues in multiple locations, Ability to travel up to 5%
Strong presentation and consulting skills along with the ability to read, write and speak English
