Vitamin T is looking for a Creative Director to join a fantastic internal Creative Services team for one of our clients in the Northern Suburbs. The Creative Director will be managing the creative team who provide customer focused and professional marketing services to internal clients. The ideal candidate will be directing and motivating teams of designers, illustrators, copywriters etc. on projects including digital, print and experiential. Must have hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development.
Creates cost effective and high-quality creative material based on briefs from stakeholders across the organization including regional and business marketing staff, corporate functions and other colleagues.
Maintains an understanding of target audiences, business segments, and collaborates with internal subject matter experts.
Manages the performance of direct or indirect reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
Oversee client pitches and proposals.
Performs other duties as directed.
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
A minimum of eight years of experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with high quality and exceptional customer services.
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment.
