UX Researcher - 12 months contract - Tech / Social Media.

Duration: 6month contract (potentially extend)

Overview

Our Client is a leading company within the tech industry who is looking for UX Researcher to join their B2B product team on a 12month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join their Research team that conducts rigorous, human-centric research within an organisation that strives to creative and improve its innovative products & online community.

Responsiblities

  • Working closely with product teams to identify research initiatives 
  • Designing hypotheses and lead studies that examine both user behavior and attitudes 
  • Generating actionable insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate product experiences 
  • Conducting research using a wide variety of qualitative methods and a subset of quantitative methods, such as surveys 
  • Work cross-functionally with design, product management, content strategy, engineering and marketing 
  • Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways 

Skills:

  • Command of a broad set of qualitative and user-centered design methods 
  • Basic understanding of quantitative, behavioral analysis and statistical concepts 
  • Ability to ask, as well as answer product and user experience related questions 
  • Excellent communication skills
