Job Description

Sales/Business Developer required for animation and design studio is looking to build their sales profile & pipeline and you'll be joining their team based in Eton/Windsor, Berkshire. This role is best suited to a proven sales hunter as your time will be spent identifying, following up and converting leads, you will be confident face to face as much of the networking is done in person at industry events and leading creds meetings. You will also be confident to work on existing accvounts to maximise and further develop their potential. 

This would be a full-time position, working from their studios in Eton/Windsor and some occasional UK wide travel. Working alongside the CEO and creative team, they are looking for someone who has a strong track record in sales with a passion for the creative industry. You will also have strong experience of expanding strategic accounts and are able to mushroom your network throughout larger scale organisations. You will demonstrate a prgmatice, can do attitude at all times. 

You will already have a strong track record in Sales/BDM under your belt. You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, or introduce yourself to a room full of potential prospects, you'll actively seek new opportunities down every avenue to close new business. You already have experience presenting and pitching to new prospects and successfully set up meetings getting around ‘gatekeepers’. You have a passion for the animation industry can quickly consult how the business services solve an array of complex business problems on many platforms. 

You are confident at presenting information to clients, prospects and articulating client requirements to the creative team.

- At least 2 years work experience in Sales/BDM
- Proven track record of meeting targets and KPI’s
- An excellent telephone manner and writing ability
- Ability to build a strong rapport with prospects and clients
- Confident at presenting and pitching to new prospects
- Comfortable taking ownership of your role, working equally well independently as within the team
- Experience in bringing clients with you on your career path
