Job Title:  Finance Analyst, CSTR

Reports To:  Finance Manager, CSTR

Duration: 9-12 months

Location:  London

Main Purpose of Role:  

The Finance Analyst, within the CSTR role is within the Product Engineering, and Architecture Finance team supporting the Technology organisation. The Cyber Security and Technology Risk (CSTR) group is responsible for anticipating, mitigating and responding to cyber risks by developing secure products and ensuring customer trust in the brand.


This contract role is the finance analyst for the CSTR group. The analyst is responsible for partnering with the CSTR team and providing all financial reporting to support the team in meeting its objectives and drive informed business decision-making.


Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Deliver financial reporting, planning and forecasting to ensure clear line of sight of the cost to deliver investments
  • Support project reporting for CSTR programs
  • Support the delivery of financial and operational support which drives informed business decision-making
  • Other ad hoc projects as required

Technical/Professional Skills & Competencies:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Finance role, preferably within Technology or Financial Services
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources, ability to adapt to change
  • Customer-focused with a commercial mindset
  • Tenacious and driven by delivering results, driving change
  • Enjoys working in teams.
  • Shows ability to work effectively across all functions of the business
  • Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, global business environment.
  • Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting
  • Expert level with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
