Job Description

I am currently recruiting for an Office Manager for a consultancy firm, bringing together technology, data strategy, and business design. This is a permanent role based in Central London.

I hope to speak with candidates that are confident and optimistic characters, with a passion for teamwork and making the workplace the best that it can be for all employees.


  • Managing resourcing and the recruiting pipeline - understanding gaps in resourcing and managing multiple potential candidates
  • Coordinating with the client’s New York team, ensuring invoices are dealt with, and being able to have a complete understanding of the client’s finances
  • Incorporating new company policies and ideas to benefit employees’ work culture
  • Ensuring office comfort and layout - e.g rearranging office from private space to open plan where deemed fit


  • The role in question requires a people person. We are looking for a candidate with great communication skills to be able to communicate on a regular basis with stakeholders, junior and senior employees
  • The ideal candidate will be happy to travel at least once per quarter
  • Organisational skills are key - we are looking to speak with people who can maintain a vast amount of projects at once, and who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • We are looking to speak to candidates with the ability to start work at 10/10.30am and leave the office at 7/7.30pm in order to facilitate contact with the New York office
