We are looking for a Carrie Ops. Support Specialist to join our Multi-National Technology client in central London.
The ideal Specialist, will have excellent Linux system command line usage, e.g. usage of scripting languages, common linux utilities, source control as well as analytical skills, e.g analysing system & revenue performance using SQL.
Support maintenance of existing 150+ DCB carriers, including:
-Project managing standard operational tasks that must be performed for each carrier, for example: rotating keys and certificates
-Setup and configuration of carrier facing tools (e.g. Google Play partner channel)
-Communicating API spec changes e.g. the association prefix change DCB -? DCB_ASSOCIATION, new monthly report spec and tracking adoption of the changes across all carriers.
Monitoring and performance:
-Ensure carriers are operating correctly, contacting carriers when negative changes are detected -Troubleshooting technical issues as they occur
-Carry out basic analysis of revenue performance using data warehouse tools .
Improve user satisfaction by:
-Managing charging and refunds issues between carriers and ConOps
-Provide second level support for ConOps and
-Inform them proactively about changes to the product
Skills and experience Required:
-BA Degree level, or equivalent practical experience
-Project management skills, in particular managing project working with external customers and vendors.
-Good verbal and email communication skills
-Analytical skills, e.g analysing system & revenue performance using SQL
-Experience in managing operational support teams
-Basic unix shell experience
-linux system command line usage, e.g. usage of scripting languages, common linux utilities, source control
