Our client is looking for a driven, highly motivated Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager who can work closely with one of their largest clients to build win-win strategic partnerships. Our client has partnered with a Fortune 500 team and has developed a robust loyalty program to reward their customers. They are looking for new partners to become involved and they need a business development leader who can identify partners and negotiate complex deals that are win-wins for both brands.

Apply partner criteria to identify potential partners in a range of industries
Quickly learn new industries and brands to determine fit and value for program
Conduct meetings with partners to inform them on the opportunity and identify how the program can help them support their business goals
Manage a pipeline of dozens of partners while closing deals to meet program goals
Collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders (e.g. product, legal, marketing)
Negotiate complex deals, involving structure, terms and other critical elements
Secure agreements and then transition relationships to the client’s partnership marketing team
Skills and experience:
5+ years’ experience in business development and/or long-term strategic partnerships
Has a bachelor’s degree – ideal if candidate has an MBA
Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized
Thrives in an ever-changing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to develop and implement creative deal structures
Solid negotiation skills, business and financial acumen
Entrepreneurial spirit with a get-it-done attitude
Ideally located in LA, Seattle, Atlanta or Dallas, but open to candidate in remote location
