Our client within the real estate industry is seeking a Marketing Assistant for a 7 week+ assignment could be longer. Approx 25 hours a week, 9am-3pm M-F ON-SITE in Rancho Bernardo. Looking to have someone start as early as March 5th and will need this person through the end of April, could be longer. Interviews to begin next week, the week of Feb 19th.... What you will be doing: Our client is going through a re-brand and the specific tasks for this position would simply be re-formatting all of their project sheets and materials into a new format that is already established. Pretty remedial and rudimentary tasks. Ideal Candidate MUST HAVE advanced knowledge of Adobe Indesign (they are on Creative Cloud 2017) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word. If you have Illustrator and PhotoShop experience, that is a major plus but not required.
Also- Must have experience working in an office environment AND must be punctual and reliable.
